Herbert Anderson, best known for his role as Mr Mitchell in Dennis The Menace was to appear in Batman in two episodes. The first, as a jewlery store clerk in The Clock King episode, and also as the Racing Commissioner in A Sport of Penguin in the last season. He was a friend of William Dozier the executive producer who also was a producer of the TV series Dennis The Menace ( 1959-1961 )
