Batman gets a call on the Batphone - The Commissioner says he needs to see the Dynamic Duo at police headquarters "right away". When we see them next, they are screeching to a halt in front of the building then running up the steps to see the chief.
This building is part of the backlot at Warner Brothers Studio. Batman used the studio for some exterior shots. This scene was a stock scene shot many different ways before the series started.
