George Sanders - Mr Freeze # 1
Mr Freeze - Brrrr. In the series George Sanders played Mr Freeze number one . Mr Freeze was a villain who due to Batman accidentally spilling a vial of instant freeze solution on him in a fight in his laboratory, was forced to live his life out in a air conditioned environment of fifty degrees below zero. He had a quick freeze gun and had a soft spot for stolen diamonds ( ice ). His special suit maintained his cool sub-zero temperature .

George
Sanders was born in Russia but during the revolution, his family was
forced to 
flee
to England. He went on to graduate from college and then went into
acting on the London stage. He made his debut in the English film Find
The Lady
in 1936. After a few more lower budget films made in England, he
packed up and moved to Hollywood. His most memorable performance was
in the movie All
About Eve,
in which he won an Oscar for best supporting actor in 1950. He
appeared in Batman
in 1966 and afterwards, had a few roles in some lower budget sci-fi
movies..
He
was married to Zsa Zsa Gabor at one time , the marriage ending in
divorce. He risked everything in a sausage company undertaking, but
lost his shirt. He had at one time 7 psychiatrists, but they were of
little help because in 1972 he took seven tubes of Nembutal in
Barcelona, Spain and ended his life. His suicide note read : "
Dear World: I am leaving because I am bored. I am leaving you with
your worries in this sweet cesspool." So ended Mr Freeze number
one's life.
